AMBIENT AND SHOEGAZE PRESETS FOR THE ALESIS QUADRAVERB
I have a library in SYSEX format of about 45 ambient,delay, chorus, verb, flange, phaser, multi-tap delay sounds for the Alesis Quadraverb Plus. I will email you the sysex files as soon as payment is made and I will include a guide of how to install these sounds into the Alesis Quadraverb Plus unit from your computer via MIDI. Many shoegaze esque sounds inspired by Slowdive and the Cocteau Twins. Some U2 influence in certain delay patches and attempts at Shadows(Hank Marvin) delays.
Note: Many patches have been setup for use with an FX LOOP so if you do not use them in an FX LOOP they may require MASTER EFFECTS Volume changes to not CLIP and sound ideal. Even in certain FX Loops they may need a bit of tweaking Volume wise (IN/Out Knobs, and MASTER EFFECTS VOLUME)
90% of these patches will work on the original Quadraverb too, but the Plus (V2 Eprom will work with all patches)
Required Items:
*USB-Midi Interface (Roland UM One mk2, etc.) or USB/Firewire/Thunderbolt Port Audio Interface with Midi IN/Midi Out Connections (IF you have an audio interface with midi in/out connections you will need two midi cables)
*SYSEX Librarian (MAC OSX), MIDI OX (PC) - These programs are both free online just do a quick google search
*Alesis Quadraverb Plus (Upgraded Eprom) Most sounds will still work with original quad except a couple, V2 eprom is cheap and easy to install.

A PDF guide on how to use the software programs(MIDI OX/SYSEX LIBRARIAN) and the Quadraverb to upload these patches into the unit, and how to back up your old patches either as a whole library or single patches.
A PDF with a brief description of my custom patches and some of the stock presets I thought were worth keeping
Prompt Service once I receive payment and the ability to Provide English tech support via email (video chat can be done, but will require notice/scheduling)
PLEASE do not share these patches with others for free, I spent many days making these patches/guides. It hurts me and hurts you both. I hope you enjoy these patches and can find inspiration from them! The quadraverb is a great unit!
